Account Transition Notice
ZB Building Society (“ZBBS”) wishes to inform its valued customers that, as part of a planned transitional process, all ZBBS accounts will be closed effective 01 September 2025.
At a glance
Effective date: All ZBBS accounts close on 01 September 2025.
Customer action required: Confirm preferred banking option by 31 August 2025.
Default option: If no response is received by 16:00hrs on 31 August 2025, account balances will be automatically transferred to ZB Bank Limited.

What customers need to do
All ZBBS customers are requested to visit their nearest ZB Service Centre by 31 August 2025 to confirm their preferred banking choice.

I. Migrate your account to ZB Bank; OR
II. Nominate another banking institution of your choice.
