Paidamwoyo is the Acting Managing Director of ZB Transfer Secretaries (Private) Limited. She is a licensed Principal Officer for Trustee Services and a capital markets specialist with over ten years of experience in securities registry, custodial, and trustee services within Zimbabwe's capital markets ecosystem. She has been involved in more than 20 corporate actions, including the IPO and subsequent listing of the Tigere REIT, Zimbabwe's first real estate investment trust. Paidamwoyo holds a BCom Honours in Finance and an MBA from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), as well as a Certificate of Proficiency in Trusteeship.
