Gerald is a fully qualified actuary by profession. Gerald joined the First Mutual group in 2011 as an actuarial trainee and occupied numerous positions in operations, business development and reporting until his departure in 2023, holding position of Actuarial Executive. Gerald is Council Member for the Actuarial Society of Zimbabwe.
