The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZB Financial Holdings Limited. The Company was incorporated in 1967 and was registered as an Asset Manager in May 2004. The company currently manages over $45 billion on behalf of various investors, whose business activities span across all economic sectors.

Profiles of key members of ZB Asset Management?s investment management team are as follows:

Ronald Mutandagayi ? CA (Z), MBL (UNISA), BAcc (Hons) - ZB Bank Chief Operating Officer

Ron is the Chief Operating Officer of ZB Bank. Prior to this appointment he was the Head of Finance and Risk of ZB Financial Holdings. He worked for Peat Marwick (now KPMG) as an audit manager before joining Willovale Mazda Industries (Private) Limited where he rose to the position of General Manager. He also worked for Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe Limited as Company Secretary and Head of Banking Services and NDH Holdings Limited where he was Chief Financial Officer.

Ayanda Nyanga ? CA (Z), BAcc (Hons), Dip Acc (UZ) - Head ZB Bank Investment Banking

Ayanda is the Head of ZB Investment Banking and is overall in charge of ZB Corporate Finance, ZB Capital, ZB Transfer Secretaries and ZB Asset Management. He is a Chartered Accountant, who served articles of clerkship with Deloitte and Touch?, Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe. Prior to joining ZB, he worked for a number of companies within Zimbabwe and the region.

Farai Manjokota - BAcc (Hons), ACIS, CIMA passed finalist ? Managing Director  

Farai is the Managing Director of ZB Asset Management. He has over 10 years experience in financial services covering internal audit, accounting, and finance and investment management.
Farai is has submitted his dissertation for the MBA (Financial Services) programme with the University of Zimbabwe. As the Managing Director, Farai has the overall responsibility for corporate strategy and ensuring that the day to day activities of the company are appropriately monitored and managed.

Best Doroh - BSc (Hons) Economics (UZ); MSc Economics (UZ) ? ZB Financial Holdings Chief Economist

Best the ZB Financial Holdings Chief Economist. He is an experienced Economist and Strategist, who is involved in economic research, modelling, forecasting, and strategy and investment analysis for many years. Best joined ZB Financial Holdings as an Analyst in 1995 and currently plays a key role in the formulation and implementation of all strategic initiatives within ZB Financial Holdings. As a member of ZB Asset Management?s investment management team, Best provides input on the macro-economic environment and recommends the most appropriate strategies, in terms of the mix of assets and liabilities, forecasts of the various macro-economic fundamentals and ascertaining ZB Asset Management?s market position relative to other asset managers. Best, is currently studying at the intermediate stage of the CIMA qualification.

Lincoln Chowa ? BAcc (Hons, AU) ? Finance Manager

Lincoln is the Finance Manager. He is currently studying Institute of Bankers (IOBZ) Diploma and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme. Lincoln is charged with the overall responsibility over financial strategy and accounting policies, internal control systems development and review, liaison with regulatory authorities and administration.

Pathiso Ncube-MSc Finance& Investment (NUST), BComm Finance (Hons), IOBZ- Investments Manager  

Pathiso is the Investments Manager. Prior to joining Zb Asset Management Company Limited, she worked for Regatta Financial Advisory Services as Corporate Finance Analyst. Pathiso also worked for the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) as a lecturer of Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis and Risk Management. She was course coordinator on the Bachelor of Commerce- Fiscal Studies programme. as Investments Manager, Pathiso is responsible for managing client portfolios, providing professional investment advice and  developing new and exsisting investment products and services.

Robert Mutakwa ? IOBZ, EDP (UZ) ?  Manager Back Office and Head of Central Scrip

Robert is the Head Central Script which falls under investment bankin. He is also Head of ZB Transfer Secretaries Department which offers share transfer secretarial services and custodial services. Robert has over 13 years experience in financial services having joined the ZB Financial Holdings Group in 1983. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration as well as an Executive  Diploma in Manegement Studies. He is a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Bankers.
