Transactions can be done in the following currencies-: USD, RAND, GBP and PULA.

1. You can view your account balance at any given time
2. You can download statements on your accounts
3. You can transfer funds to any other account within ZB Bank.
4. You can move funds to any other bank in Zimbabwe through the RTGS facility (restricted to USD).
5. You can bank-@-ease, basking in the full knowledge that there is a Helpdesk to call if you get stuck. Lines are open from 8.00am to 10.00pm daily, +263-4-792385/ 70923589 being open for use during working hours on working days, while +263-4-703706/ 798734 being open after hours and over the weekends.
6. You can enjoy flexible banking as, over and above the Internet Banking facility, you can still make use of brick and mortar branches, ATM network, POS facilities and Telephone Banking
