ZB FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE 
ELISHA NYIKADZINO MUSHAYAKARARA
Elisha is the Group Chief Executive of ZB Financial Holdings and has experience in both private and public sectors. He worked for Zambia's Ministry of Finance where he held a number of senior positions before coming back to Zimbabwe in 1981, where he joined the Ministry of Finance as Senior Secretary for Finance, a position he held until he left for his current position in 1993. He holds a Barchelor of Science degree in Economics with the then University of Rhodesia and Nyasaland. He is the immediate past President of the Bankers Association of Zimbabwe. Elisha is chairman of a number of ZB Financial Holdings subsidiary companies as well as associate companies and is also the current chairman of the Insurance Commission.

ZB LIFE ASSUARANCE MANAGING DIRECTOR
AMBROSE GARIKAYI CHINEMBIRI
Ambrose was appointed Managing Director of Intermarket Life in November 2003. Prior to his appointment, he was an Executive Director of the company. He is a member of the Investments, Marketing and Remuneration Committees. He has over 30 years experience in the life assuarance industry, having joined the then Southampton Assuarance Company in 1975. He is a Director of Mashonaland Ltd and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered and Administrators in Zimbabwe.
ZB REINSURANCE LIMITED MANAGING DIRECTOR
MUTSUNGE LAWRENCE NAZARE
Lawrence began his career as a public prosecutor in the Ministry of Justice in 1980. He left in 1990 to join Zimre as a trainee and was promoted to Underwriting Manager, a position he held until he left to join Intermarket Reinsurance in 1999 as a General Manager. He briefly left in 2003 to become Managing Director of Tristar Insurance Company before returning to Intermarket Reinsurance where he became the Managing Director. He also sits on the board of Credsure and the Industrial Relations board for the Department of Risk Management at NUST. He is the current Chairman of the Insurance Council Of Zimbabwe and he also sits on the Executive Committee of the Organisation of East and Southern Africa Insurers. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Law (Honours) degrees from the University of Zimbabwe.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - BANKING RONALD MUTANDAGAYIRon is the Chief Operating Officer of ZB Bank. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of Finance and Risk of ZB. He holds a Barchelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he worked for Peat Marwick (now KPMG) as an Audit Manager before joining Willowvale Mazda Motor Industries (Pvt) Ltd, where he rose to the position of General Manager. He also worked for Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe Limited as Company Secretary and Head of Banking Services and NDH Limited where he was the Chief Financial Officer.
EXECUTIVE HEAD - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
SHADOWSIGHT KUMBIRAI CHIGANZE
Shadowsight is the Executive Head - Business Development of ZB. Before assuming his current position, he was the Head of Retail Banking Division of the same company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) degree majoring in Finance, Auditing and Banking from the University of Zimbabwe.
A seasoned banker with experience spanning over 25 years, Shadowsight has held several positions within the Group, which include Executive Director of Zimbabwe Banking Corporation Limited and Managing Director of Scotfin Limited. He is a director in several ZB Financial Holdings Group Companies.

FANUEL KAPANJE
Fanuel is the Executive Head, Finance and Risk. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He served his Articles with Deloitte and Touche before joining ZB as the Group Management Accountant.
EXECUTIVE HEAD - GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING
PUMLA SIMELA NCUBE
Pumla is the Executive Head of Group Human Resources and Training Division. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe, an MBA from the same university and underwent a Strategic Human Resources Executive Development Programme from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Before assuming her current responsibilities, she worked for the Ministry of Labour Manpower Planning and Social Welfare at senior management level.
