ZB Bank has introduced the Call Banking Centre to cater for low risk transactions and general enquiries from our customers over the phone. This will improve the quality of our service by providing a one-stop shop for enquiries on all ZB Financial Holdings products and reduce unnecessary inconvenience associated with visiting the branch, especially during busy hours.

-Check balances
-Request a statement
-Report lost or stolen ATM cards.
-Obtain information on all ZB Financial Holdings products
-Request cheque book.
-Obtain rates or tariffs.
-Investment information.
-Exchange rates.
-Loan applications.

Requirements for customers to access the call centre
- Complete a Call Banking registration form.

Security feature on the form is the -Security access code.
This should be a short phrase with at least eight characters, e.g. I like ZB Bank, or sadza nenyama etc.
You will be provided with a 4-digit password after registration.
